For that reason, I would rather form no opinion at all, or form the perfect opinion the first time, than form an opinion, realise I was wrong (maybe even hurt a couple of people because of this opinion), and not be allowed to change.

Law reports and case law are tools which will be heavily relied upon in my future legal career. It will help aid my arguments, understand how decisions affect the public, and create critical arguments

If I put all my effort into becoming intelligent - into really understanding the world and others to the best of my ability, won't I confront everything I see? Won't that make things more difficult for me? Sometimes ignorance really is bliss.
